Spring Beach Trip

We got back from a little beach trip yesterday. We always have so much fun. Our little family loves it there, so it's always our vacation of choice. Our 10 year plan is to have a vacation home/condo in Orange Beach, so Lord willing, we can go as often as we like.

Going to the beach with small kids is fun, but can be kinda tough. To put it simply, Kinley has a short attention span. We kinda have to work around her schedule to a degree. We usually end up going out to lunch, shopping, going out to the beach for a couple hours each day, and going out to dinner. We might get crazy and take Dylan to Adventure Island for games, go carts, or putt putt golf during our trip. I hate wasting money on those arcade games so we usually just get like $10 bucks worth of coins and when D uses them up, we're done. The good thing is he is still young enough that it seems like a lot of games to him. ; )

We make some good memories and that's what matters. Dylan always begs to go to the "real beach". Ha! We never take him to a fake one, so I have no idea why he says that. :) 

Dylan and Kinley had fun playing in the sand. Kinley is normally not entertained easily, so we were excited when she sat and sifted sand through her hands for over 30 mins.

The condo had a hot tub right on the deck. It was sooo nice in the evenings. 

We had a lunch at Lulu's one day. They always have so much fun stuff for kids to do. 

I hate to call a sister out, but Kinley turned into a total piglet on the trip. She eat everything in sight. It was humorous actually. Girlfriend likes to eat. Wonder who she gets that from!? ha!

I already miss the beach. I just feel so much better there. I guess everyone says that though! ha

Can't wait for our next trip with the kids!
