Productive Weekend

The boys and I had a very busy weekend!! Friday night, Nicole watched Dylan so Chris and I could go on a "date". We had already been to Shogun earlier in the day, so I did not feel like "going out" again. We ended up going to Arby's and then to Sonic for dessert. After that we just rode around town. It was so fun! I felt like I was young again! ha! Saturday was packed too...I finally got my pansies planted (I had planned to do it last weekend, but the flu of 2010 happened) and we had BBQ for lunch. It was yummy!!

Sunday we went to Academy to get Dylan a bike seat so he can ride bikes with us when we go camping! I am pretty sure he liked it. He even picked out a cute alien helmet to go with it. :)

I actually visited the largest Target in America!! What makes it so big is the apparel department. It is AWESOME!! The only clothing type item I bought myself was a cute springy/summer green tote. I am very proud of that fact because Target is my weakness.Ha! In fact, a couple years ago Chris banned me from going to Target. And, I do admit, I pretty much needed help. :) Oh, and since Chris suggested these tulips... I couldn't pass them up. 

Since Dylan is so in love with balloons we made a stop at Dollar Tree. Entertainment for an hour...totally worth a dollar.

Ok, so I have been cooking a roast all day..and I am ready to go dig in! My kitchen smells soo yummy right now!!!
