Happy Easter Ya'll!

We had a great Easter, except for the fact that Dylan still feels awful. Did I happen to mention he has strep throat and pink eye?? Yeah, it's been a blast. :( Anywho, it has been a little touch and go, but all in all it has been a wonderful day. We are truly blessed. Dylan got two Easter baskets! Here is the one we gave him...

I should have taken a pic of the one my mom gave him, it was really cute! We had a wonderful lunch with all the southern favorites….Honeybaked Ham and Turkey, Green Bean Casserole, Squash Casserole, Fried Okra, New Potatoes, Deviled Eggs, Cucumber and Tomato Salad, and Homemade Chocolate Cake! It was so delish!!! After lunch we went over to my brother’s house and let Dylan “hunt” Easter eggs. (Although, us “hiding” them pretty much consisted of us throwing them randomly in the yard.) Nevertheless, Dylan did a stellar job finding them!!

We called it a day pretty early, because well, frankly, Chris and I are wiped from dealing with a sick child all week and we haven’t got great sleep. Plus, Chris has a really big week coming up so please pray for us.

Oh, and here are a few “Easter Portraits”-ha! Let me tell you, it is a difficult thing to get a good pic of these three, obviously…just be glad you didn't see the behind the scenes of this little shoot!

It's days like today I miss my Daddy! But, I know he is with me always. I love and miss you Daddy!
