Pre-Wedding Fun!

First, let me just say that it is hot as blue blazes outside!! The other day, I got in my car and it said the outside temp was 109!!!! Now that is some hot, humid Alabama heat!

Friday night my bestie came over and it really cheered me up after my yucky week. We got Outback to go (salads, of course! We were actually joking that her Cesar dressing needed more mayo haha!)  and I was in my PJ's and we just laughed all night! Doesn't that sound fun?? We always have such fun together. That is why she is my best friend though! :)  She is a nurse and I love to hear her crazy stories!!  We talked about planning her wedding. She is getting married in April at the Botanical Gardens. I know it will be gorgeous.

Saturday morning we took it easy then Chris and I decided we wanted to have a mini lunch date. We took Dylan to my Mom's and she watched him while Chris and I went and had Italian! It was soo good. Afterwards, we only had time to run by Bath and Body Works, but I did get some neat stuff. I had to get back because I had to go to Nicole's lingerie shower. It was so fun and the decorations were precious! We laughed so much.

Here is the girls in the wedding. They are all so tiny and cute. I felt like big mama next to them!

I can't believe that the wedding is next weekend! Thursday night we are having a wedding party dinner at Stix. My mom rented a room and they are printing up a menu for the night just for us! Chris and I are helping her out by making chocolate covered fortune cookies with the couple's initals on them to hand out for a little favor.

Of course, next Saturday is the big day, and Sunday we have a 1st birthday party to attend. We have a busy, busy week ahead. :)
