Lately Dylan has taken no interest in sleeping in his own room. I think I figured out that it is his crib he doesn't like...you know, he's grown now, and grown boys don't sleep in cribs!!! :) The thing is, until we have time to get a gate and a door knob child lock, he is bunking with us. Like, um, in the form of his mattress on our bedroom floor.
See?
This is what he did when I told him to model his bed...
We are just scared he will find the way out of his room at night. His room is about 15 steps upstairs from us, with the bottom 5 steps being wooden. He is an expert at climbing them and desending them...we taught him the trusty "slide down" method. But ya know, stumbling around sleepy in the dark is a recipe for disaster. Sometime this week, we'll get his gate and lock and he'll be back in his room. I promise you this child does have a room. Here are some pics to prove it... (these are his nursery pics, but you get the idea!)
Oh, and D spends lots of time on the phone now. It's getting a little out of hand!

Love his modeling picture! lol
Lol what a great model pose! Can't imagine how expensive your phone bill though he seems more of a listener than a talker with the pacifier :) Love the 'proof' that he has his own room!

He is SOOO adorable!! I love the modeling :) I would be nervous about all those steps too! I wake up in a panic when my son wakes up and I yell out for him to come in our room before he starts to go down the stairs all bleary eyed. However, when he wakes up, he is usually WIDE awake...I suppose I shouldn't worry as much :)
