Costume Preview and Delicious Quiche!

I made this Quiche twice this weekend! We all loved it. It's soo incredibly easy and looks really fancy! It's very fresh because of all the veggies.
{Garden Quiche}

1 cup diced zucchini
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup diced onions
 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
1 1/3 cup milk
3 large eggs
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup Bisquick
Salt and Pepper

Mix all the veggies together and place in the bottom of a sprayed 9 inch baking dish.
Combine all other ingredients and slowly pour over veggies. I always use a handmixer to combine these because it ensures you will have a nice fluffy quiche.
Bake in 400 degree oven for 30 mins. Make sure it is firm in the center!!

Dylan's Halloween costume came this weekend.
He didn't want to keep it on very long. Both Chris and I had to wear the head before he would! The things we do :) Here is a sneak peek. Sorry for the bad pics, but like I said, he didn't want to keep it on! It came with these cute little dino hands that maybe we can convience him to wear. Chris already has a solution to make the head stay on straight :)
