Fun Times!

Whew! Crazy week for me. I have had somewhere to go every night this week, which is something to be said for a homebody like me. And the thing is, I have had lots of fun! Of course, we had to get our real tree Sunday. So, Dylan carefully selected our tree! I so heart the smell of Christmas trees! I just wanted to lay down and roll around in all the trees and their pretty little branches. Ok, that was kinda weird, I know.

This is one of my first ornaments ever.

...And the last tree is up! It took me longer than usual to get all the decorating done, but I have been crazy busy this past week. Monday night I had such a good time going to Sips and Strokes with my sister in law, Nicole and friend, Haley. All of our tree's were different, but all turned out cute!

My finished project has a home!
Last night we took Dylan to see Santa. We asked and he told us over and over that he was going to sit on Santa's lap. We had even taught him how to say his wish list. But, I'll just let these pics do the talking...

So no, he would not even get near Santa! He was scared to death. I tried to get Chris and his Big D, my brother, to walk up with him to protect him and he still wasn't having it. But hey, we are still good parents, we tried!!! haha

He did have fun at the mall before the "Santa Nightmare".
