Random Tidbits

What a strange week it was...early in the week Dylan had a little stomach virus. He got sent home one day from daycare because he got so sick. Poor thing is so pitiful when he's sick. I guess it's because he doesn't get sick very often. His Daddy picked him up from daycare and made him comfy at home...

By the end of the next day, he was back to being his fun little self...

In the middle of the week, we had a little snow. I am so tired of snow though. Makes me want to move to Florida! Dylan had fun playing in it and gets so excited when he sees it out the window.

Derek and Nicole were sweet and watched Dylan Friday night so Chris and I could go out for a Valentine's dinner. We went to a new gourmet pizza place in Mountain Brook. It was really good food, but the place was very small and it was really crowded, not the best for a romantic dinner. This is a pic I found on the internet, and this is pretty much the entire dining area...

Chris got me a Coach purse for v-day...I LOVE it!

He picked it out all by himself. He has always been a great gift giver. He knows what women want ;). I planned to let him pick out a nice pair of sunglasses on Saturday. He picked out these Ray-Bans. I think he looks soo slick in them. :) He has this weird look on his face because he was embarrassed I was taking his pic in the mall! haha

We saw this HUGE bear in Hallmark....

Dylan ran right to it and plopped down in it's lap. The cashier was like "oh, for $200 it can be yours". Haha

The next morning he cried for us to take his "sticker off!!" haha

Sunday, church was wonderful as usual. We had a very lazy afternoon because Chris had both law work and some work for his full time job to do. While I was trying to put Dylan down for his nap, I fell asleep too! I hate when I do that because 90% of the time I sleep too long and feel crummy when I wake up.

I am really wishing I had another day at home tomorrow. The weather has just been so pretty and work has been stressful lately. At least tomorrow is Valentine's Day, and maybe I'll get some chocolate!! Chris already got me these beautiful roses. Yes, he spoils me. ;)
