I'm about to hit you up with a real easy and yummy recipe. :) You can use chicken or grilled shrimp. I used chicken with mine, but I'm thinking next time I'll use grilled shrimp. Oh, and feel free to use any veggies you have. I think this recipe is pretty versatile.
Creamy Orzo and Chicken Skillet!!
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut them into bite-size pieces
1 zucchini, chopped
1 tub Philly Italian Cheese and Herb Cooking Creme
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
2 cups hot cooked orzo pasta
Cook chicken and zucchini in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 6 to 7 min. or until chicken is done.
Add cooking creme and tomatoes; cook and stir 2 min.; Stir in orzo and Serve!
How easy was that??!
