Work & Play Weekend

Saturday was quite the hodge podge of activities. Dylan still hadn't had his flu shot for the year, so we took him to the flu shot clinic at his doctors office. It didn't take us long, and D was so good he didn't even cry! So proud of my tough boy!

We then went to my mom's and did a lot of yard work actually. We cut down a tree and huge bushes. I helped pull the limbs to the street and pretty much directed everything. Chris did all the work. He cut the grass, weed eat, and blew the driveway clean. Dylan played with my mom's dog, Handsome, the whole time. :) We ran a few errands which included going to Bath and Body Works so I could get some Winter Candy Apple! I love that stuff. It's my happy smell.

Dylan had to get his pic made with all these BAMA balloons outside of Bama Fever. Roll Tide!

Saturday night we went to Tannehill to look at all the Halloween decorations! Everything looked so festive and fun. One thing we didn't count on was the fact that Dylan was pretty much scared of all the decorations. Chris had to carry him the whole time. I don't have any pics because he refused to get his picture made with anything. I'll admit some of that stuff was scary to even me! haha We had a good time anyway. Made me miss camping there in October. Maybe next year.

Sunday after church it was soo pretty and I hadn't used my portrait lens in forever, so I decided to do a fall photo shoot with Dylan. We eat at La Paz for lunch, then headed to the botanical gardens.

The blooper reel from this little photo shoot is too funny! Like this one....Dylan would not even get close to this figure to get his pic made. Chris and I thought it was soo funny!
