A Busy Week

This past week was crazy and busy for me!! Chris was sick for almost three days with a virus. : ( So, I had to meet all of Dylan's needs and he is a pretty demanding little boy! :) Still sweet though. Well, except for when we went to his 3 year check up on Wednesday. He was AWFUL. He refused to do anything the nurse and doctor needed him to do. He was crying and I was so embarrassed.

 Dylan weighs almost 35 pounds and is 38 inches tall. That is 75% for height and weight. The doc was pleased with his growth and development.

Thursday night we had fun going to the Christmas parade. D was so giddy to be able to go to a parade after watching the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. We went to eat at Chili's with Derek and Nicole after the parade.

Friday night, D went to Parent's Night Out at the church while Chris and I had a little alone time. We just went to a couple stores and went through the drive thru at Arby's. We ended up getting a couple Christmas presents. I know, super big date night. ; ) I was just super tired and achy from the week and didn't feel like going anywhere nice. haha! We ended up having a good time laughing and cutting up though. It was nice to be able to have all his attention to myself : ) I never get that anymore because someone who will remain nameless is super jealous. ; ) When we picked Dylan up he kept telling us he made a Christmas craft. It was this cute little Christmas tree ornament. He said he put the glue on it!

And lastly, Shane has been up to his usual tricks.
