Field Trip, Lazy Afternoons & a Big Girl!

Last Friday the kids and I had to go to Decatur to take care of some business for Chris. I decided to make it a fun field trip day since we had an hour drive each way. Once we handled the stuff for Chris we had lunch and Moe’s and I spotted a Gigi’s Cupcakes. Um yea, I HAD to stop.

This was after Dylan and I had already eat a Wedding Cake one ;)

So yummy!

We visited the Wheeler Wildlife Refuge. There was a really pretty trail to walk to an observation house.

They had some pretty unique um, animals, there ;) 

We had a good time even though it was super hot!

We have also been spending a little time in the afternoons laying in my hammock. I'm obsessed. It's like an outdoor bed.

The other day, we pushed the kids in their wagon around the yard. Dylan loved holding Kinley so she could ride. It was seriously so sweet and simple.

Sis loves her squash and sweet potatoes, but she HATES the carrots. They just ain't happening. We will be moving into green veggies next, then fruits.

This was her first time in her highchair. 

She is becoming such a big girl. She is also working on sitting up too. She can sit up for a little bit unassisted. (I can never get my camera ready when she is sitting up good!)
