Kinley Dallas: 9 Months Old!

Kinley is 9 months old!! I love watching her grow and morph into her own little person, even if it's a little sad for her mommy!

I have to say what a little attention seeker she is. I'm shy, so I just don't get how she can be such a ham. She always wants every stranger to look and smile at her. It hurts my feelings when she is smiling and people never look at her. Oh well, I understand kids aren't everybody's thing, but seriously, how do you not smile at a smiling baby looking at you?! :) It reminds me of that saying going around on the internet that says "no matter how big and bad you are, if a toddler hands you a fake phone, you answer that phone!" 

Most people make over her so don't feel bad...she gets her attention!

She weighs 19.14 oz which is in the 75th percentile and she is 28 inches tall which is in the 70th percentile.

She is wearing pretty much 9-12 month clothing. She ALWAYS wears a bow when she goes out. Part of the reason is her hair is crazy without it.

She eats really good (obviously) and isn't too picky. She LOVES puffs. I've been sneaking her table food which her doctor said is fine at her age. She really likes greek yogurt and ice cream. Chris probably wouldn't give her table food until she was 2! haha 

She will not sit still for anything. She just wants to go. Miss independent I tell you, until you start to walk more than 10 feet from her and then she freaks! She is a good baby, and she is super sweet and charming, even if she is a little high maintenance. Poor Chris would say he is used to it though! haha I've gotten much better about that with age. ;) 

Her hair is so long. I love to put it up in a pony tail!

She learned to clap on command last month. 

I also learned she loves fish. I think she liked this tank because it was so big and she could stand up on her own and look. 

I think she'll be walking pretty soon. She is trying. She will try and stand mid crawl but, of course, she can't balance so she falls down. But she sure is trying.
