Some Catching Up To Do...

Things have been really busy around here lately. That is kinda how I prefer it most of the time...just make sure to throw in a week of boredom every so often so I can re-charge. Most of the time my main goal is to try and let the kids have fun because obviously, when you're a child, that's the most important thing.

We do have learning time with Dylan though. He is getting so much better with learning his letters lately. He was so excited to bring this award home from preschool. 

Kinley turned a year old yesterday! I did pretty good, except for one night last week when I was looking at her birth/hospital pictures and I had huge crocodile tears streaming down my face. Time just goes too fast. I plan to do a separate post about her turning one with the cutest pictures ever involved! :)

It seems like overnight though she has turned into a big girl.

I'm pretty proud of how I'm doing with my 5k training. I no longer dread running and kinda get excited about doing it. I love being able to listen to my music, be outside and have my own thoughts.

Two days a week I have to workout inside on the treadmill which isn't my fav, but it gets the job done.

Part of my Valentine's gift was a night away to see Little Big Town. We had 3rd row seats and LBT was awesome. They sang so many songs that I had forgot was them!

We stayed at the Renaissance that is connected to the Convention Center. Chris got us a suite and it was HUGE! It had wrap around views of downtown Montgomery.

 Chris' parents were sweet and watched the kids for us. :)

One afternoon I got bored and made this shamrock door hanger I saw on pinterest. It was so easy to make and only cost me $4 since I had most everything on hand needed to make it.

And...that's the short version of almost everything that's been going on and about as random as it gets!
