Weekend Review

We had a nice, relaxing weekend. It was sunny and warm here so we tried to spend every minute we possibly could outside. We needed it. Dylan had fun running around and playing in the backyard. I managed to slice my fingers up trying to pick some tall grass for Dylan to play with. They are small cuts, but they are really deep. Chris says he is going to lock me up because I always manage to hurt myself somehow! Ha..what can I say? It's just a skill I have.

Saturday night we had my Mom, Derek and Nicole over for dinner. The boys had New York Strips, but I made the girls some Hawaiian Chicken. It was soooo good. You cook the sauce on the stove and add pineapple chunks and then pour it over the grilled chicken…yummy! I lit some candles for intamacy, but it kinda looked more on the romantic side. Anyway, we had a really nice time.
I can’t believe that it is time to start another week. I never like Sunday nights. Honestly, it is the most stressful night of the week for me. However, I will try to savor the last few hours of the weekend. : )
