Dylan's Interests

Unless you are Dylan’s Mimi, Gran, Poppy or Nic Nic, you would probably find this post kinda boring! I want to have it for my records though. Dylan is saying so much lately and he cracks me up on a daily basis. For real. He loves to say whether he likes food or doesn’t. It is most of the time “I don’t like this” and sometimes, if it's unhealthy food, “I like this” :) D also loves to call his daddy Chris. I think he hears me talking to him. Here are a few of his fav phrases:

“I be right back”

“I need help”

“I go see my Mama/Daddy”

“Mimi/Big D and Nic Nic/Shugs coming to see me”

“Hold me Mama/Daddy”

“Hold my hand”

He has plenty more, but we hear these several times a day. He is so precious when he wants to snuggle with me at night. He loves to get under the covers with me and we talk, sing, and watch tv together. Dylan loves my iphone. He has a few of his own apps. His favorites are “Talking Tom” and “Talking T-Rex”.  They are cute little cartoons that repeat everything you say. He begs several times a night to “watch T-Rex/ Tom” He carries on conversations with them. Ya’ll, its kinda weird! Chris and I just laugh.

He loves to cook on his grill and makes us "eat" what he "cooks". The other day, he was just cooking away and brought Chris and I his pot of food, we acted like we were eating it and loving it and Chris said, "What is this Dylan?" Dylan replied, "Grilled Cheese". Poor thing doesn't know you don't cook grilled cheese in a stock pot! Speaking of Grilled Cheeses, Chris was ordering us some take out (Mexican) and he was telling the lady our order and Dylan starts screaming "Grilled Cheese!!" I think we order out waayy too much!

Whenever we ask him where he is going, his response is "to Taco Bell". In fact, if he sees soft tortilla shells, he says "Taco Bells!" This little boy loves some Taco Bell. His next birthday party might be Taco Bell themed, but probably not!!  ;)
