Summer Kickoff

Saturday my mom, Dylan and I went shopping at Target. I love that place. I can always find sooo many things that I need...well, um, maybe just things I want! My favorite thing I bought was a cute new doormat with a sweet little bird on it. Sunday, after church, we went to eat at Mugshots.

Love that place.

It's soo good. Their onion rings are wonderful.

After lunch, we treated Dylan to some "Fro Yo" (that's the hip way to say frozen yogurt! ha) at Tutti Frutti in Soho.

Chris had some Lemon Ice Box Pie Fro Yo...um, it was divine.

D just had to sit at this kiddie table before we left..

                                                    

Soho Square in Homewood is so cute because it has so many pretty flowers and cute little eating places.

We came home and cooled off in the pool for a little while. We have an above ground pool in our backyard. It's actually a lot cuter than it sounds. Yeah, I guess its kinda dorky, but not really because it is soo nice to be able to lay out on my float in the cool water.The pool is big enough for about 4-5 people. Dylan LOVES it!! He gets so excited to "swim". We only leave it up for about 3 months out of the year so our neighbors won't totally hate us! ;)

I can't wait until tomorrow we are cooking out and it's gonna be goooood!!! :)
