Fun Times and Thanksgiving

I wanted to give a little update to what we've been up to lately. One fun place we went was the Winter Wonderland at the McWane Center. Chris and I kinda thought the whole 'snow room' was a stretch, but Dylan loved it. I guess it's easy to forget sometimes that kids have much more of an imagination. :)

Working in the little store

Can I just say how much little bit loved the fish!?! She was screeching with excitement!
Dylan rode the zipline there and was super brave.
Dylan has still been doing really well with school. He made the cutest little chief!
My munchkins before church one Sunday.

This was Dylan's first full day of being 4 years old! I can't believe how big he looks here.
That particular Sunday after church we had lunch with Derek, Nicole and Jonah. The babes looked so cute together. Everyone kept talking about them ;)
Keeks checking for Jonah's teeth.
Thanksgiving we just celebrated at the house, just the four of us. Chris and I cooked a yummy meal. We had several invites to get-togethers, but with it being the first year without my momma, I just didn't feel up to it. I made her dressing though. Of course, I didn't think it was as good as hers always was. :) Chris smoked a turkey breast on his Egg. Everything turned out really tasty all in all.
I did a good bit of shopping online on Thanksgiving. You get all the good prices, but without all the Black Friday mess.
Oh, and I have to include this for my memory...Dylan, Kinley and I were singing the Lion King song...."oh I just can't wait to be king...". Anyway, I changed the lyrics to "oh, Keeks, just can't wait to be queen!" Dylan looked at me with the most serious face and said, "but she is already queen." So true, Dylan, so true. The boy learns quick!
