Football, Caves and a Birthday!

I haven't updated in awhile because we've been so busy! I'm not complaining, I like to stay pretty busy. Here are some things that have been going on...
Dylan is still doing wonderful in school.

He never complains about having to go and is always excited to get up and get going in the mornings. The faces he makes, like the one below, always make me laugh. That is his fake smile if you can't tell.
I really do pray that we can keep this attitude up!
Kinley has been eager to go to school too. She does well, except she pretty much has to go to time out everyday for running.
This is no surprise to me!
She is just so darn cute though.
Oh, and Kinley finally got to change her crib to a big girl bed. We had to keep her in the crib longer than normal because she is so uh, spunky at night. She likes to play and turn the light on. Once she climbed out, we changed it though.
She has done relatively well with the change. The first few nights were a bit sleepless on her part.

Of course, we've visited some fun places. We went to a place called the Children's Hands On Museum in Tuscaloosa and it was awesome! We'll be going back for sure.

Every little area/center there is soo authentic and just sized for kids. I think my favorite areas were the hospital, farmers market, and grandma's attic.

We also visited a cave! It was the first time the kids have ever been in a cave. We even got to see a baby bat. All Kinley kept saying was how she wanted to see the bats, so thank goodness, we saw that one. I'm telling you, the girl loves animals...all kinds! Just not bugs. ;)
It felt wonderful down there. It's so crazy to know that the Indians would seek shelter in that very cave so long ago.
Dylan has been playing flag football. He loves it, of course. We've had 2 games so far and we are 1-1 and his team is the Vikings.
He is number two out there if you can see him.
(He's pretty much in the middle.)
Big D, Nicole, and Jonah came to his first game!
I totally look like the hunchback here because for some reason I was trying to get shorter. I have no idea why I do these things.
I love my little family though!
Oh, and one last very important thing...Chris celebrated is 33rd birthday!
We had a delicious cake from Edgars (his choice).
And Chris and I went out to dinner one evening at a place we had never been, The Southern Kitchen. It was really good. We loved the atmosphere too.
I love this guy so much and he's my absolute favorite person! He is such a wonderful daddy and provider for our children. As my brother always says, he must be a saint among men to put up with me! ha
I'll end with a couple of cute pics of my fav little Bama fans.
